Join us for a tour of the Boston Athenaeum, one of the oldest independent libraries in the United States. Founded in 1807, the Athenaeum is a gorgeous members-only library, museum, and cultural center known for its historic art and architecture. Professor Samantha Matherne of the Harvard Philosophy department will provide introductory information and context at the Abigail Adams Institute before leading the group over to the Athenaeum in Beacon Hill.
