Catholic Identity in Unstable Times

Fr. Jeffrey Langan, Ph.D., Principium Institute

Co-sponsored by the Harvard Catholic Forum

This one-day master class dives into the writings of St. Augustine of Hippo and some modern political and philosophical selections to investigate how the framework presented in Augustine’s City of God Against the Pagans can help guide Catholics in the West today through our own ‘unstable’ times. Fr. Langan will explore what Augustine’s response to the Roman pagans can teach us about navigating the modern secular world. Refreshments served.
