Over the course of this past year, we have been working intensely on an initiative called The Hippocratic Forum (HF) through the Abigail Adams Institute. The purpose of HF is to help medical trainees grow in resilience by challenging themselves according to their highest ideals, and we do this through podcasts and an online space for reflective pieces called The Forum. The core idea is to help medical trainees grow in virtue, and we also have a thriving community of Fellows, to put the theory to practice during medical training.
On September 13th (Monday) at 5:30-6:45pm, we will be launching HF. The launch will take place at the Abigail Adams Institute at 14 Arrow St, Suite G10, Cambridge, MA 02138. At the launch, we will introduce HF, give a talk on rediscovering medical ideals, and allow space for Q&A as well as connecting with one another.
We would really love to have you present to support our initiative, and if you could invite others who may be interested, we would appreciate that as well. If you could RSVP HERE, so that we can order the appropriate amount of food, we would also appreciate it.
Please note that due to the recent changes to Cambridge policies, masks will be required at the event.
