The Intercollegiate Studies Institute (ISI) and the Abigail Adams Institute (AAI) are partnering with the Diana Davis Spencer Foundation to sponsor a debate on an issue of major importance to the contemporary West. 

Technological progress continues to bring about impressive improvements in our lives. While the benefits of technological growth are apparent, the end goals of this growth are still contentious.
