““This is the only place I come where I can think clearly about what matters most.” ”
Program, Structure, and Schedule
Program sessions are focused, high-value, and structured to support—not compete with—the real work of school leadership.
Program Cost
Thanks to a generous grant from the John Templeton Foundation, this program, valued at $25,000 a year per school team, will be offered free of charge to participating schools. Moreover, as a Research-Practice Partnership, participants will receive a stipend for participating.
Who Can Apply?
Teams of 4-6 school leaders at schools committed to supporting character development and school community flourishing. Leadership teams must include school principals or heads of school with at least 2 years in that role and may also include assistant principals, deans, instructional leaders, and other faculty administrators responsible for decision-making that shapes professional practice and student culture.
Program Deadline
The deadline to apply for the 2025-2027 cohort is August 28, 2025.
If your team is struggling to strengthen shared leadership, build a unified vision, or navigate high-stakes decisions—this is for you.
